Job description-
· Salesforce ( Primary) MySQL Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads.
· Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management Reports & Dashboards - advanced Creation and customization of list views
· Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' & creation/troubleshooting of advanced automation Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks
· Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CI/CD process.
· Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server.
· Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development.
· Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc.
· Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
· Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
· Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level
