Job Description:
"Associate will be responsible for providing production support for enterprise critical platforms.
Responsibilities include :
- Incident and problem management.
- cross functional management to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- vulnerability management. Ensure vulnerability are reported and remediated on time.
- Release management. Support release planning, implementation, and post-production support.
- Monitoring. Ensure production applications are fully instrumented with monitoring and proactive alerting.
- Incident Management. Ensure incidents are managed across teams, communicated and resolved by SLA."
- "Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 5-8 years application support experience.
- Proficient in Java development & troubleshooting
- Proficient in Linux, Windows platforms
- Proficient in RMDBS and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus"
