Role: Talend Lead

Duration: 6+ months

How you will make a difference
• Gather the data integration and data engineering requirements
• Provide high-level and low-level technical design and document
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Guide the client with Talend best practices
• Guide the development team ensuring scalable and highly performance solution is delivered the first time
• Provide regular status reports to the client as required
What you bring to your new team
• 10-12+ years of experience overall in ETL and Data Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in Talend covering Data Integration, Talend Data Management
• At least 3 years of experience as Talend Architect or Lead providing technical design and overseeing end-to-end implementation
• Must have experience in Talend 7 and above
• Must be able to work with a wide variety of data sources (databases, APIs, XMLs, JSON, NoSQL, message queues, cloud, etc.)
• Must be hands-on
• Must have healthcare experience
• Stakeholder management
• Client facing
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be independent and self-starter
