Description:
This position is a member of a small team focused on driving improved technology performance in internal audit assessments as well as providing support for risk activities within the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Division. This involves close interaction with technology divisional risk officers, department management, assessment teams including audit, operational risk, etc. to collectively support and manage the Division's risk portfolio efficiently and effectively across the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience Division.
The candidate will have global responsibilities working across a wide set of internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help manage various aspects of IT risk management including SOX, internal and external audit exams, Business Continuity Planning, IT operational risk, and vendor risk assessment activities. The candidate will also be responsible for communicating with and meeting with department leads to review their risk portfolio, ensuring the timely remediation of risk items as well as supporting the various teams in the respective governance processes for their risk portfolio
The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of IT risk management for the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience as follows:
- Liaise with Internal Audit, Operational Risk, and Central Risk Team and Hygiene Program to ensure CDRR's successfully delivery against firm wide requests and programs
- Lead, prepare and coordinate internal Audits
- Coordinate risk-related assessments and certifications such as: SOX, SOC1 & 2, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Technology Control Assessment (TCA), and Regulatory exams
- Develop and maintain risk management governance and processes
- Produce various metrics and risk reporting; perform analysis
- Deliver presentations on various Risk topics
- Conduct weekly and monthly Risk reviews with department leads
- Business Continuity Planning and tracking/reporting
- Provide oversight, guidance and coordination where applicable for Risk remediation projects (Open Pages)
- Continue to deliver BAU activities while looking for ways to improve processes and become more efficient
