Job Title: UX Designer/ Analyst

Location: PA

Duration: Long Term

 

Job Description:

 

• Analysis & research with product owners and business analysts
• Designing wireframes & visual mocks on sketch
• Conduct remote usability testing with customers over phone
• Showcase and review the design with design leads, VP of product and other stake holders
• Finalizing and delivering pixel perfect designs for production.

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

• 5-7yrs design experience creating solutions for enterprise or consumer products
• Hands-on experience working on design solutions that are based on real user needs and pain points.
• Strong grasp on UX/Design fundamentals and principles
• Ability to drive product user experience with eyes on both creative and analytical strategy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to articulate the rationale behind your design decisions and to influence design leads & key stakeholders
• Ability to handle projects from concept to completion and hold a sense of ownership over the product's design
• Experienced in design tools, especially Sketch. We create all of our wireframes and mocks in sketch.

Ability to thrive in various situations – be it working with the VP of product on the strategic vision, discuss business requirement with the lead business analyst, working with dev and QA to make sure the designs are developed and built as intended and approved by the UX, or collaborating with other UX Designers by working hands-on in sketch wireframes
