Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing and evaluatingfeatures, backlogs metrics and resources. Maps features and work packagesagainst the program plans, releases and tactical/strategic goals to ensurealignment and focus. Creates and facilitates reporting and analysis to evaluateoperational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Develops andmaintains standard reporting measures, documentation and process, quantitativeexplanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives andsolutions.
Responsibilities
̢ۢ Liaison between the business and differenttechnical and development work streams
̢ۢ Gather, analyze and document requirements
̢ۢ Create process flows to identify process and /or product gaps
̢ۢ Partner with technical, trial, and productteams to prioritize sprints
̢ۢ Collaborate with PMO and workstream leads onprioritization
̢ۢ Consolidates data reports and delivers to helpdrive data-based strategic decision making
̢ۢ Design E2E customer journeys for field trial
̢ۢ Identifies issues, analyzes available data andinformation, and recommends changes to management
̢ۢ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

̢ۢ SQL/Tableau/PowerBI experience a plus
̢ۢ Telecom wireless industry experience a plus
