We need someone MID level like a BA/Scrum Master but outgoing and high energy!! Prefer SAFe experience and cert's. Should have worked on DIgital Transformation/ Application delivery projects.
NO PROJECT MANAGER TYPES! No combination SM/PO! Just a good SM who worked on a project in a large company with multiple Scrum Teams, a Release Train, etc. Ideally financial or Insurance.
