Position: Project Manager & Business Analyst
Location: Basking Ridge NJ

Note: Mobility exp, technical PM BA, Product management exp, Java, AWS

Description: 
·        Responsible for the coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project oriented work efforts.
·       Manages processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer specifications.
·       Assembles project plans, status/documents and team assignments.
·       Directs and monitors work performance by managing resource requirements, performance quality analysis, and escalating timeline concerns in a timely manner.
·       Responsible for tracking project deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements.
·       Schedules meetings and coordinates communication regarding project progress and risks that impact budget and/or timeline.
·       Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity.
·       Ability to manage escalations, time constraints & high pressure environment.
·       Ability to manage multiple assignments.
·       Superior written and oral communication skills.
·       6-10+ years of experience managing highly technical projects.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Manage multiple project workstreams across cross functional teams onshore and offshore, and report on their statuses.
• Maintain program dashboard with technical project plans, implementation plans, milestone dates, be technically savvy to understand dependencies and help team prioritize given broader organization goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks.

 
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Excellent Communication skills (Oral/Written) MS office Performing scrum ceremonies Working in Agile methodology Fluent with JIRA and Confluence
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or other related field.
PMP Certification
