-Gatling is highly preferred but not mandatory
-If not Gatling look for someone who has good experience with Jmeter and who is eager to learn Gatling.
- Lead experience is required.

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)    - Manage the project independently and manage the team - Deep expertise in Performance Testing and Engineering concepts 3. - Worked on Non-functional Requirements Gathering, Workload Modeling, Profiling and Tuning. - Strong expertise in Performance Test Tools like Gatling, Jmeter and APM Tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics  - Ability to analyze Performance Results, Server Logs, Dynatrace Metrics, Identify Bottlenecks and Provide Recommendations. Thread Dump, Heap Dump, JVM Parameter analysis - Experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon etc. - Excellent Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Performance Testing Process Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)   - 10+ years overall experience - 5+ years of performance test lead experience ( Skill Set - Gatling, Jmeter and APM Tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics , SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon etc.) - Good analytical and communication skills
