JD for Taleo Techno-functional (Onsite):
Job Description: 7+ years of experience in Taleo – Implementation & Support (Onboarding module) projects and minimum of 2+ years of experience in data extraction from Taleo, conversion of data from Base64 to PDF, data import into Taleo and data deletion from Taleo using scripts and TCC. At least one data archival project experience in Taleo.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Taleo Implementation & Support projects (Onboarding module)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data extraction from Taleo and conversion of data from Base64 to PDF
- Minimum of 1 project experience in data archival project in Taleo (with the scope in extracting the data from Taleo, archiving the same into an archival system and then delete the extracted data from Taleo)
- Should have experience in TCC, data extraction using batch script, export script, extracted data conversion from base64 to PDF, data import and deletion using batch script and import script
- Should be a hands-on person who owns and delivers project deliverables (Both technical and functional deliverables)
- Experience as a Project Lead as a SPOC
- Should be ready to travel to onsite for short-term
- Experience in entire development life cycle activities – Requirement gathering, design the solution, development and unit testing, SIT testing, UAT support, PROD migration support and Warranty support
- Should have experience in Onsite – Offshore model with a team size of 6 or more
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this position will require constant interaction with customer team (business + project management team + senior management team) on a regular basis
- Fluency in English is a must
- Should possess good documentation skill to prepare all the project deliverables
- Provide input on best practices to clients on Taleo application solution and its utilization to effectively address the project requirements
- Experience in management activities: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Tracking & Monitoring & Closure
- Task allocation to offshore team, tracking and monitoring the progress and reporting the status promptly to required project stakeholders
- Timely communication on identified risks and mitigation plan, reporting the progress
- Ability to manage customer expectations, proactively identify the risks and mitigate them before its occurrence

- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation as needed
- Builds confidence and trust with customers
Leadership Skills:
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on project activities
- Follows through on all planned tasks and take ownership of customer issues & resolve them in the best possible way
