Necessary:
- Polymer / Angular: ability to learn web-based framework, would be best if they knew Client ones like the ones, I listed
- Java script ES6 (ECMAScript 6+) / TypeScript: Should have a strong understanding of these languages
- Some exposure to either C++ or Python
Like to have:
- Exposure to Protocol Buffers
- Exposure to WASM (WebAssembly)
- Exposure to gRPC
- Figma and/or Sketch or similar prototyping programs
- Java for web frontend develop
UX Requirement:
- User Interface / User Experience (UI/UX) Engineers are the synthesis of design and development.
- They take Client's most innovative product concepts and bring them to life in an effort to push the boundaries of user interface design.
- Client is known for its design aesthetic and technical know-how.
- In a UX Engineer job, you'll need both types of skills to develop the next generation of products.
- You'll partner with Researchers, Designers, and other Engineers to define and deliver new features, test new concepts and assist with final implementation.
- Details are critical as you iterate on complex interactions, animations and pixel-perfect visual designs.
- The team is focused on very early ideation and you will help through explore usability prototypes with detailed mocks, including tooling and infrastructure to support the Research team.
- You should be articulate about your design philosophy, and be excited about the creation of and enabling beautiful designs.
- You feel comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively, are fearless at diving into new technologies, and push the limits of your skill-sets while living on the bleeding edge of technology.
