Title                      : Kronos Functional Consultant Location              : Atlanta, GA Duration             : 3 - 6 Months   Kronos Job Description:   Must have excellent communication skills and should be onsite Monday – Friday everyweek. Strong experience in working with the Kronos Workforce Central Suite with expertise from Version 8.0 forward Expert level knowledge of the Kronos Workforce central suite Ability to configure Kronos Timekeeper, setup security, notifications, reports and support all company goals, standards, and policies Ability to navigate the setup pages and perform all configurations such as Functional Access, Display Profile, GDAP, Payrule pages etc., Ability to create Functional and Technical design documents Analyze, design, develop, test and deploy: System configuration, Labor Level Sets, Rounding and Punch interpretation rules, Schedule shifts and patterns, pay code distribution tables, Work rules and Pay rules, Combination and Hidden Pay Codes WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) Interfaces Customize reports Accrual Rules and Policies Strong Oracle SQL knowledge Provide advanced Kronos Application functional and technical support. Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
