Roles & Responsibility:

The Project Manager will manage large scale, multi-workload Microsoft 365 deployment. This Project Manager position also supports the network, software, hardware and IT infrastructure projects laid out by senior leadership. They work closely with the Program Managers and the customers to ensure that the scope and the direction of each project is on target, within budget, on schedule, and of high quality. They provide leadership, organization, project management, and coordination for successful execution of the project. The overall objective of this position is to provide the stakeholders with a high-quality experience transitioning the business to the Microsoft Cloud and adopt modern collaboration concepts and tools.
Responsibilities:

· Project management of large, complex Microsoft/Office 365 engagements across entire project lifecycle; including planning, migration, change management, user adoption, and training.

· Manage projects based on defined PMO policies, processes, and best practices.

· Define all activities necessary to acquire project goals and objectives.

· Coordination of project resources, budgets, issues, and risks to ensure successful project execution.

· Maintain concise and clearly documented project plan.

· Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

· Establish rapport and maintain customer satisfaction without compromising priorities.

Experience/Skills:

Minimum Requirements:

· Candidate must have previous project management experience in medium to large sized projects.

· Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels

· 3+ years project management experience with demonstrated ability in successfully managing IT projects.

· Microsoft/Office 365 consulting experience.

· Experience migrating Exchange 2013 to MS365.

· Expertise in using Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, and Visio and the ability to document projects using MS Project and related tools.

· Experience working within a matrix organization.

Preferred Requirement:

· PMP/PMI-ACP preferred.

· Technical knowledge of Exchange Online and SharePoint.

· Experience managing infrastructure projects.
