Job Title: Azure Architect with Palo Alto experience
Location: Jackson, MI 49203
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate must have experience working on Palo Alto (network security)

Job Description:
• Hands-on experience of Azure Services and Azure portal
• Experience in Azure virtual networking options for connectivity to on premise resources
• Experience in carrying out setup & provisioning in Azure like network setup, security (roles, users etc.), scripting, tools & contingency planning
• Hands-on experience for Runbooks creation and deployment
• Understand how to manage users, groups and subscriptions in an Azure Active Directory instance
• Describe the relationship between Cloud Services and Virtual Machines
• Understand how to Deploy Existing Cloud Service packages
• Good to have knowledge of Virtual networks, VPN Gateway, Hybrid connectivity etc
• Good understanding of Active Directory fundamentals
• Strong knowledge of migration approach, to lift and shift the workloads to Azure
• Hands on experience in implementing and hosting large, complex workloads (windows and non-windows) in Azure IaaS and configuring correct VM size and storage selection
• Strong experience in carrying out Monitoring systems setup including metrics, alerting, runbooks, etc
• Testing and reviews (performance, security, functional, resiliency and data loss)
• Implementation experience on Azure Resource Groups, Resource Tags, AD, Role based access and AD groups
• Build effective monitoring, logging and auditing of production systems to ensure compliancy with mandated policies
• Experience in defining highly available, DR solutions in Azure
• Experience in modernizing customers on-premise solutions for performance, scalability and reliability
• Strong on Cloud patterns involving data management, availability, Messaging monitoring, Resiliency, Performance and Security
• Preferred candidate with Azure certification
