Job Description:-
· Four year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or other related field or equivalent work experience
· Five+ years of overall IT experience, preferably deploying, maintaining, implementing CMDB tool to map IT assets, hardware and application in an enterprise organization
· Two+ years working experience with Service Now CMDB; Discovering data center inventory, relationships and business services mapping
· Experience in the build and implementation of a CMDB in a complex environment; reflective of a global IT Infrastructure services organization with multiple service providers
· Experience in the relationship between Assets and Configuration items; understanding where each fit in the lifecycle
· Experience interacting directly with business leadership is required
· Solid understanding of IT operations principles, constructs and best practices
· Experience managing service delivery utilizing ITIL v3 best practices
· Experience managing professional services partners in an outsourced/off shore environment
