Role: Kofax Application Consultant

Location: Tampa, FL

JOB DESCRIPTION:                                                                                                                                         

Job Requirement for Kofax:

•                     Work on small to large, complex projects that required increased skills in Kofax, MarkView and SAP technical environments.

•                     The Kofax Support Engineer is responsible for integration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation and MarkView applications.

Primary Functions:

•                     Highly proficient in Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation and MarkView application.

•                     Design, develop and implement Kofax document capture, advance data extraction and workflow.

•                     Ability to analyze existing document automation requirements; setup of document separation, form type identification, document classification and extraction algorithm, including text extraction, table data extraction, using of format locator, table locator, zone locator and others.

•                     Expertise in distributed installation of Kofax capture servers, workstations, Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) and Fix Packs.

•                     Detailed working knowledge/usage of Windows Server, WebLogic Application server, basic understanding of Oracle database, and fundamental usage of queries.

•                     Experience in Monitoring/Alerting Tools and Ticket tracking Tools like Service-Now etc.

•                     Provide Release Management, Application Support and Upgrade to various production & non production Kofax environment.

Knowledge and Skills:

•                     Good application design, troubleshoot and maintenance skills.

•                     Strong understanding of Support, Maintenance, and Integration methodologies.

•                     Knowledge of current and emerging IT products, services, and processes.

•                     Excellent understanding of the overall ITIL framework.

•                     Proactive in achieving project milestones and deadlines; can initiate and lead weekly and monthly meetings with business users.
