Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Work Location: Dearborn, MI Contract Duration: 6 Months on Contract   Job Summary: Sr. Technical Business Analyst role will be responsible for production support and ongoing enhancements to the Consumer Connection product. Triage of incidents, change requests and support tasks and data & project analysis.   Essential Job Functions: Document project requirements, integrations and use cases; collaborate with business resources to produce system requirements. Facilitate recurring status meetings with vendor partners, Ford agency and internal teams. Identify and capture project issues and risks; communicate issues and risks on regular basis; propose resolutions and mitigation. Lead/coordinate project activities, facilitate project meetings, and provide status reports to management. Assist in managing vendors and/or developers in project execution. Maintain project documents and other artifacts. Perform Quality Assurance Analysis function if needed (create test plans, test cases, execute testing). Participate in UAT, help to identify and report system issues, user-interface problems, or other potential problems (from both the Technical Support and the Customer/End User perspective). Support all operational aspects of the Consumer Connection product. Investigate new/unknown/existing issues in Consumer Connection. Clearly document all findings in the issue tracking system. Utilize issue tracking system (JIRA) daily. Provide feedback to the clients and technology managers. Generate routine and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to assist in evaluating production performance and resolving issues. Review and analyze data and requirements and test plans/cases in support of existing and new initiatives. Perform other duties as needed.   Other Responsibilities: Participate daily support triage meetings and other regular meetings as required. Participate in documentation of support processes and methods. Maintain current set of Ford Direct’s existing documentation.   Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years working in support or ETL related role Minimum 2-3 years’ experience using SQL Previous team lead or management experience Strong data management and analysis skills Three to five years of experience using SQL Strong oral and written communications skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Strong facilitation skills Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel Extreme attention to detail Experience within a customer or technical support environment TeraData and/or Oracle experience is a plus Exemplary professional demeanor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and self-motivation Advanced judgment and problem solving skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment Proven data driven decision-making skills Three to five years of technical business requirement gathering/data analysis Experience in multi-channel digital marketing is a plus   Mode of Interview: Telephonic and then Inperson   Thanks and Regards, Prasanna | Talent Acquisition Team Captevo Inc., Direct: (248) 206-8730 Email: prasanna@captevo.com Hangouts:prasannaplato@gmail.com   Disclaimer:  We respect your Online Privacy.
